Technical Details

Base Resources

Every hosting plan starts with 1 GB RAM, 24 GB storage, and the set of features mentioned in the details of each plan. Larger plans include the set of features of smaller plans. You can create as many instances of apps as detailed in your plan, as long as you have free memory to support it. Keep in mind that inactive containers still require storage, but not memory.

Addons

In addition to the base hardware resources of 1 GB RAM and 24 GB storage, you can book more memory and storage anytime up to the limit specified in each hosting plan. Regardless of the hosting plan, additional resources always cost the same. You can downgrade, whenever you need, but not below the base hardware resources of 1 GB RAM and 24 GB storage. You can subscribe to any of the sloppy.io Agile plans as addons, too.

Technical Details

Up- & Downgrading of Plans

Upgrades to a larger plan immediately unlock the features detailed in the new plan. Downgrades are not possible while actively using features of the larger plan. For example, when downgrading from the Business plan to the Professional plan, all existing health checks need to be removed first. Regardless of up- and downgrading, additional resources will be retained.

Billing

Prices

All prices are VAT (value added taxes) exclusive. We’re required to charge VAT on sales to non-business European Union customers. USD prices are estimates and meant as a comparison only.

Payment

We accept payment by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express) and PayPal. If your company requires payment by bank transfer or a custom invoice, choose the Business plan and contact us for details. All payments are charged in EUR.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime until the end of the billing month. If you do not cancel your subscription, all plans, sloppy.io Agile, and additional resources are renewed at the beginning of each billing month.

Charge

You are billed on a monthly basis, beginning with the day of your subscription. Upgrades to larger plans, subscription to sloppy.io Agile, and booking of additional resources will be effective immediately and you will only pay from the time of purchase, not for the whole billing month. Downgrades, unsubscription to sloppy.io Agile, and cancelled resources will be applied as credits on your next invoice.
